Wonderful meal ... Finally tried their chicken pie and it was so so good ... Looking forward to another visit

My family has gone mainly for the chicken pot pie! For over 50 years! We dined in and every plate was eaten up! I remember the pumpkin pie also ! Always they remembered my family when we came in! The atmosphere was Heartwarming and Friendly! Always a happy crowd! Cannot be beat !!

Moffett's is a great place to eat. They are most famous for their chicken pies (as the name implies). It's somewhere between a pot pie and a hand pie in size. The meat inside is generous, and comes with either white meat or dark meat. They are sold either freshly baked or cold (to be baked at home) in the large display case. Also love the beef pie, which unlike the chicken pie, comes with mixed vegetables inside! All in all, friendly hole-in-the-wall restaurant with good service and good food!

Old school restaurant basically dedicated to dispensing perfect chicken pot pies. We usually get unbaked pies to go and put them in the oven (instructions printed on the box!). The family meal is a great deal: 4 pies, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy, and bread for under 35 bucks. And, in case you were wondering, the pies freeze really well!

The food is as good as any real American diner. The servers are on point, nice and always smiling. The classic music in the background is always an added bonus for a real diner experience.

This place was great. Thw chicken pot pie was excellent. Our only regret was that they don't serve breakfast.

Got a chicken pot pie and chicken noodle soup. Not very aesthetically pleasing food but absolutely delicious with a home cooked vibe.

I love Moffetts. I grew up on it. Yes the green beens and mashed potato's remind me of my high school cafeteria, but the pot pies are to die for. Perfect, not over seasoned and you always want more! That's why I always order the extra pie for my next meal. The bread and salad are also my favorites. The homemade thousand island and four bean salad is what keeps me coming back for more. I am glad Moffett remains after all these years in a heavily Asian dominated food area. This visit however was not enjoyable as our server needs a lesson in customer service. Boravy P. always seemed in a rush (there were not many customers) and NEVER smiled. With better customer service this was another memorable 5.0 star meal.

Moffett's is one of the best places to come for some Good Old Fashioned Food! Thats right the best in town. The menu speaks for itself and has some of the best items one can find in town, everything here is made fresh and always so very good. True Chicken Dinner is a Winner and the other plates are simply made just right and always so delicious. For 35 Years this had been my favorite restaurant in town and they have a reputation that speaks for itself and always worth the time being here to enjoy a good meal. One can't lose in dinning here because everything is made just right and there's nothing like it, they have delicious food and all the other meals are so good and worth the effort to be here. Hopefully Moffett's will still be here for another 35 Years because I'll be back to have the best this place has to offer.
